Complaints
The Customer may submit complaints in any such circumstances as described in applicable laws or terms of warranty. Complaints regarding goods may be brought in any manner acceptable under generally applicable laws.
To submit your complaint, we suggest that you:
Send a parcel with your complaint to apart.eu headquarters. The parcel shall contain the item complained about, a proof of purchase and a completed complaint form as available here (you are not obliged to use the form).
To prove your purchase, submit a fiscal receipt, VAT invoice, warranty card evidencing the purchase or any other proof allowed under the law. The Retailer will not be able to resolve your complaint without examining the item complained about.
